What People's Say About Place

Absolute best hidden Italian gem in San Antonio. Absolutely must try the food, appetizer, Italian meals, and desserts. They all are and were very good. We will definitely be back again and again. Cannot forget to mention the ambience seating esthetics with wine bar and firepit oven perfect for special occasions. Thank you Dominco Luigi Ciccarllie for welcoming us into the restaurant, the great service, and experience. God bless you and all always.

This place is a gem. We were looking for a nice dining experience that would accommodate a party of 18. We were not disappointed!!! The food looked and tasted great, and the service was impeccable. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome! Tony our server did a fantastic job handling the large party and the owner Dominic came out personally to ensure that everything was to our liking. Great place!!! If you are looking for good Italian food with great service and a warm atmosphere then don't pass this up. You won't regret it!

This place is a bit unassuming from the outside. But, the worst part about it is the limited on-site parking; however, don't let that turn you away! The food was delicious and the prices were extremely reasonable. The service was fast and friendly. Really glad we found this gem and recommend checking it out!

My experience here is always nothing but the best! Lee is an amazing server and provides not only excellent service but also a lovely experience. he goes above and beyond to make sure your meal is served with care and quality. The food is always amazing. My go to is the pesto tortellini and it always hits the spot. I always appreciate how the manager comes and introduces himself and makes sure you are pleased with your meal. I recommend to anyone looking for an authentic italian experience.

Our trip in San Antonio was coming to an end, and this was where my friend and I had our last meal before flying home the next day. It was a lovely restaurant, the food was great, and the music in the background was quite nice. I'd like to thank this establishment for serving my friend and me a good final meal in San Antonio.

Amazing all around!!!! We needed a place in downtown San Antonio to celebrate our son’s birthday, that would also take reservations. We found this restaurant on Google Maps and decided to give it a try, and we are so glad we did. We made a reservation for 18 people the day before. When we got there, the table was ready for us and we were seated immediately. The prices for the food were very reasonable. Our party ordered a variety of dishes, from pizza to chicken Parmesan to fettuccini Alfredo and everything was fantastic! The owner also stopped by the table to check on us and the waiter was very attentive and kind. We highly recommend La Focaccia!!

We've have been enjoying La Foccacia for well over 20 years. Today we had the Shrimp Scampi and Eggplant Parm. They werr both awesome as usual. Our server Astor was great, and Dominic, the owner came by to say hello. We love coming here.

The wife and I tried this spot for the first time and they won us over! The quality of the food is amazing and authentic! I had chicken lasagna with a creamy pesto sauce, which was the best creamy pesto I've had yet! The wife had Shrimp Alfredo and their Alfredo sauce is exceptional! We had Calamari as a appetizer and it was the best Calamari compared to other places! Lee provided excellent and professional service for us. He even made his own cocktail sauce for the Calamari which tasted great! We were extremely pleased with our experience, from the staff, the atmosphere, and the delicious food!
